Shipping policy

Warehouse and Delivery (3PL in Estonia)

 

• Warehouse Management: Our products are stored, packed, and shipped from our central warehouse in Estonia via our third-party logistics (3PL) partner, TuenvioYa OÜ.

 

• Delivery Methods: Delivery is made to Sweden and other EU countries via [e.g., PostNord / DHL / Omniva / Schenker].

 

• Delivery Time: Standard delivery time from our central warehouse to you in Sweden is 2–5 business days. If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you via email.

 

• Uncollected Packages: For packages that are not picked up from the service point or received upon home delivery, we reserve the right to charge a fee of SEK 200 to cover our administrative costs and return shipping back to the warehouse in Estonia.
